Clare Cunningham speaks 'Mental Health' and why songwriting is largely connected to it.

The mid-louth Independant (Ireland) caught wind about Clare's interview on youtube with formwer addict Geri Pepito on Mental Health and decided to write a piece on it to raise awareness. Clare speaks of her own personal struggles and why she wants to be successful enough so she can have a larger platform to be a voice for those who need help in this world. Mental health awareness is really important to Clare and she wants to heal people through her music and open up her own institutes one day and help de-stigmatize it.
